I poured my coffee and opened the dayโs deliveryโa fresh harvest in my inbox, stacks of printed words, and queued thoughts, itching to be read. Then, many reads later, as usual, I strayed off the beaten path and into the webโs untamed thickets.
This caught my attention.
Maria Popova’s journal is one of my subscribed reads. Brilliant intellect.
In this article, Popova illuminated the inner fortitude Frida possessed to endure incredible suffering and trauma. Maria Popova skillfully revealed Frida’s vulnerability and challenges that tortured her, something I feel was overshadowed in the public eye by her intense creativity and rebellious personality.
William Holman Hunt – Isabella and the Pot of Basil, 1867
William Holman Hunt. I came across his story and his works. Wow. An amazing artist who lived quite a controversial life. What moved me? The colors. The textures. The realism. Hard to believe it’s a painting; his work is so intensely realistic.
โThough no longer pregnant, she continues, at times, to mix Rice Krispies and peanuts and onions in a bowl. For being a foreigner Ashima is beginning to realize, is a sort of lifelong pregnancy โ a perpetual wait, a constant burden, a continuous feeling out of sorts. It is an ongoing responsibility, a parenthesis in what had once been an ordinary life, only to discover that previous life has vanished, replaced by something more complicated and demanding.โ โ Jhumpa Lahiri, The Namesake
I came across this excerpt and felt the need to share…. It spoke volumes…beyond the interesting rice krispies mix! The expression of this insight on life in 3 sentences was a feat.
That being said…a disclaimer I failed to post and do so now.
I don’t sell books, nor do I plug my own. I constantly peruse the net and find things. Read books and find things. If the finds provoke thought &/or emotion? I share. – That is what Erratica is about. No selling, no plugging, no reviews. Just what is interesting sprinkled with a musing or two…Just saying.
One thing is certain – NO one knows the truth about any ‘history’.
The truth regarding our existence as spiritual/physical beings on Earth is permeated with mystery.
HOWEVER, that being said, Christ did say
‘7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:
8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened. – Matthew 7:7-8
So many people seek to find the truths behind these topics and other Biblical mysteries…
No two people will have the same understanding, interpretation, or insight on topics as deep, enigmatic, and important as the truth behind the origin and the story of our existence on this planet, information about God, and regarding many of the countless mysteries surrounding our being.
So if we seek such knowledge, we have to read, listen, learn, and understand for ourselves.
From that point on, we need to discern whenever we read or listen to what others write or have to say.
So why am I rambling?
Because I was watching a video last night that was fascinating, and I wanted to share it here.
It’s info? Controversial. I am not saying it is accurate, true, or not true. I’m sharing it because it was interesting.
The truth sometimes is before our eyes, but we can’t see it. Whatever…
Gary Wayne, author of Genesis6, was a guest on a podcast. They were discussing topics I had been digging into.
Topics I have been researching for years : #fallen angels #biblical giants #end times #Genesis 6 #nephelim # the war between the Light and the Dark #Eden #The Book of Revelation #ancient cultures
I have read comments around the internet trying to discredit Gary Wayne because he isn’t ‘a scholar’. I don’t buy that ‘must be a scholar’ credential…about anyone.
Our problem isn’t the ‘credentials’ of others…it’s whether or not we discern what we read and hear.
Knowledge doesn’t come from degrees, it comes from learning, studying and researching. And that applies to studying and researching scripture and history.
Gary Wayne has obviously done a lifetime of research. Some people go to ‘school’, some don’t.
Jesus chose fishermen to spread His Word, not scholars.
This entry isn’t about what I discern to be true…it’s about this being interesting.
And we are certainly living in ‘interesting’ times.
Excerpt below is the description of the video from You Tube.
Are fallen angels on earth today โ and if so, is their goal the destruction of humankind? In this intense discussion with Gary Wayne, we examine the biblical hierarchy of fallen angels, the concept of the Seven Satans, and the claim that their strategy is not random influence but the corruption and collapse of humanity itself. From Genesis 6 to end-time acceleration, this conversation explores whether these beings are actively operating within systems and structures shaping our world. If fallen angels once sought to corrupt human fleshโฆ what would stop them from attempting it again?
